These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter "Terms", "Agreement" or "T&Cs") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "User", "Player" or "you") and 888sz (hereinafter "888sz", "the Platform", "we", "us" or "our") governing your access to and use of the 888sz website located at https://888sz.cam and all associated services, features, content and functionality offered through the platform.

888sz is an English-language online gaming information and entertainment platform designed for Pakistani users. The platform covers sports betting markets, live casino products, slot game guides and responsible gambling resources. 888sz operates under an internationally issued operator license. No claim is made that this platform is approved, licensed or regulated by the Government of Pakistan, the Pakistan Telecommunication Authority (PTA), the State Bank of Pakistan, or any provincial authority within Pakistan.

By accessing, registering on or using the 888sz platform, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, along with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately cease use of the platform.

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions shall apply:

To register and maintain an Account on 888sz, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis:

• Age: You must be at least 18 years of age, or the higher minimum age required by the operator's licensing jurisdiction. Proof of age may be requested at any time. Meeting the minimum age does not render online gambling lawful in Pakistan — users are responsible for their own legal compliance.
• Legal Capacity: You must have the full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under applicable law. Persons under legal guardianship or those otherwise legally incapacitated may not register.
• Jurisdiction: You must not be a resident of, or accessing the platform from, any jurisdiction in which online gambling is explicitly prohibited by law in a manner that would make your use of the Services unlawful. You are solely responsible for determining the legal status of online gambling in your jurisdiction.
• Single Account: You may maintain only one registered Account per person. Duplicate or multiple accounts held by the same individual are strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension, forfeiture of funds and permanent ban.
• Own Identity: You must register using your own true identity. Registering on behalf of another person, using a fictitious identity or impersonating any individual or entity is strictly prohibited.

To access the full range of 888sz Services, you must complete the registration process by providing accurate, current and complete information as prompted during sign-up. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of this information throughout the life of your Account. 888sz reserves the right to request updated or additional information at any time.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You agree to notify 888sz immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access to, or use of, your Account. 888sz shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain credential security.

• All information provided at registration must be truthful and verifiable.
• Accounts registered with false information are subject to immediate termination without refund.
• You may not transfer, sell, share or assign your Account to any other person.
• 888sz reserves the right to perform identity verification checks at any stage, including at registration, before processing a withdrawal, or in response to risk-based triggers.
• Accounts that remain inactive for extended periods may be subject to the platform's dormancy policy as outlined in the applicable operator terms.

By using the 888sz platform, you agree to use the Services only for lawful purposes and in a manner consistent with these Terms. The following conduct is strictly prohibited:

• Using the platform for any fraudulent, deceptive or unlawful purpose, including money laundering or any activity that violates applicable anti-money-laundering (AML) legislation.
• Attempting to exploit technical errors, game malfunctions, software vulnerabilities or any loophole in the platform to gain an unfair advantage.
• Using automated tools, bots, scripts or software to access, scrape or interact with any part of the platform without prior written authorisation from 888sz.
• Colluding with other players, engaging in match-fixing, or using insider information in connection with sports betting markets.
• Abusing bonus or promotional systems through irregular betting patterns, arbitrage strategies or any conduct that 888sz reasonably determines constitutes bonus abuse.
• Engaging in behaviour that is abusive, threatening, harassing or discriminatory toward platform staff or other users.
• Accessing the platform from jurisdictions where doing so is explicitly prohibited by applicable law, where such access would render your use of the Services unlawful.

888sz reserves the right to suspend or terminate any Account, withhold funds pending investigation, and report suspicious activity to relevant authorities where there are reasonable grounds to believe a breach of these Terms or applicable law has occurred.

All financial transactions on the 888sz platform are subject to the operator's current published payment terms, which may be updated from time to time. The following general conditions apply:

888sz may offer various bonuses, promotions, free spins, cashback offers, loyalty rewards and other incentives from time to time. All promotional offers are subject to specific terms published at the time of the promotion and the following general conditions:

• Wagering Requirements: All bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. Wagering multiples, eligible games and time limits vary by promotion and are disclosed in the specific promotion terms. Users are advised to read promotion-specific terms fully before accepting any offer.
• One Bonus Per User: Unless expressly stated otherwise, each promotion is available once per User, household, IP address or device. Circumvention of this restriction constitutes bonus abuse.
• Illustrative Figures: Example bonus amounts displayed on the platform (such as "up to PKR 10,000" or "up to PKR 25,000") are illustrative of potential maximum values. Actual bonus amounts depend on the operator's active promotion terms, deposit amounts and user eligibility at the time of claiming.
• Bonus Abuse: 888sz reserves the right to void bonus funds, cancel pending withdrawals and close accounts where there is reasonable evidence of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: low-margin betting to clear wagering requirements, duplicate accounts claiming the same offer, or coordinated exploitation of promotional mechanics.
• Promotion Withdrawal: 888sz reserves the right to withdraw, modify or cancel any promotion at any time, provided that any obligations to Users who have already met qualifying conditions prior to modification will be honoured.

The following rules apply to all gambling activity on the 888sz platform, including sports betting, live casino, slots, table games, instant games and esports markets:

• Game Outcomes: Casino game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generators (RNG) audited by independent third-party testing laboratories. Outcomes are statistically random and independent of prior results. No strategy, system or pattern can guarantee a win.
• Sports Betting: All sports bets are settled according to official match results as recognised by the relevant governing body. In cases of dispute, the operator's settlement decision is final. References to Pakistan cricket, PSL, ICC tournaments and other sports leagues are for contextual purposes only. 888sz has no affiliation with, or endorsement from, the PCB, PSL franchises, the ICC or any sporting body.
• Bet Cancellation: 888sz and the operator reserve the right to void bets placed on clearly erroneous odds, resulting from technical errors, human error or any other verifiable mistake. Users will be notified and any such bets refunded.
• Malfunctions: In the event of a game malfunction, bets placed during the malfunction period may be voided. The operator's decision on malfunction voidance is final.
• Maximum Payout Limits: Maximum single-transaction payout limits apply and are displayed in the relevant game or market information. Winnings exceeding stated limits may be subject to staged payment schedules at the operator's discretion.

888sz is committed to promoting responsible gambling. Gambling is intended to be an entertainment activity and must never be viewed as a source of income or a method of recovering financial losses. The following tools are available to all registered users through the account dashboard:

All content on the 888sz platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, audio, video, software, data compilations, page layout and design — is the property of 888sz or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only, strictly in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit you to: (a) reproduce, distribute or publicly display any platform content without prior written consent; (b) modify, create derivative works from, or reverse-engineer any part of the platform; (c) use any 888sz trademarks, logos or brand elements without express written authorisation.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 888sz and its operators, directors, employees, agents and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of, or inability to use, the platform or its Services.

Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, 888sz shall not be liable for: (a) losses arising from gambling activity, including but not limited to wagers placed and lost; (b) loss of data, revenue or profits; (c) platform downtime, technical errors or service interruptions; (d) actions of third-party payment providers; (e) any user's failure to comply with applicable local laws. The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

Either party may terminate this Agreement at any time. You may close your Account by contacting customer support through your account dashboard. 888sz may suspend or permanently terminate your Account, with or without notice, if:

• You breach any material provision of these Terms;
• You provide false or misleading information during registration or KYC;
• Fraudulent, deceptive or collusive behaviour is detected on your Account;
• Regulatory requirements, AML obligations or licensing conditions require account action;
• Your Account is associated with activities that 888sz reasonably believes constitute money laundering, terrorist financing or other criminal conduct.

Upon termination, any confirmed real-money balance remaining in your Account (net of bonus funds and pending bets) will be returned to you via a verifiable payment method, subject to completion of all outstanding KYC requirements and the absence of any fraud or regulatory hold.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the operator holds its gaming licence. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that licensing jurisdiction, unless otherwise required by mandatory local law.

888sz makes no representation that the Services are appropriate or lawful for use in any specific jurisdiction, including Pakistan. Pakistani users acknowledge that they are accessing the platform voluntarily and at their own legal risk. 888sz is not licensed by any Pakistani authority and makes no claim to that effect.

888sz reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, we will notify registered users via email or a prominent on-platform notice, providing reasonable advance notice prior to the changes taking effect.

Your continued access to or use of the platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 12 above.
